We're providing a 3-5 days exchange policy to ease your worries.
The policy is subject to below T&C:
1) Customers MUST submit exchange request within 3-5days after receiving purchased items. Providing with details - Name, H/P number, Purchase Order Number, Unsatisfied item code with description, NEW item code with description for replacement and Reason for Exchange. Via email: - latteandmilk@gmail.com
2) Acceptable Exchange Reasons: a) Dirtiness, b) Unmatched purchased color, c) Unmatched purchased items, d) loosing thread, e) torn
3) Unacceptable Exchange Reasons: - a)Size cannot fit (because we've listed the measurements, hopefully all babes go thru detailed considerations before purchase), b) Doesn't like the item, c) Colors in actual different doesn't look exactly same in pictures (babes, as mentioned earlier pictures might be slight different from actual product due to lighting & viewing devices)
4) Applicable exchanging with same or higher value items. Customers to pay the extra balance for higher value item.
5) Exchanging items must be in original condition. Original tag attached. No dirt. Not wear (except trying for lesser than 15mins). No lipsticks...etc in good condition which doesn't affect reselling.
6) Kindly allow 1-2 days to resend replacement item, subject upon receive of unsatisfied item & payment of extra balance (*if required).
7) Customers to bear the postage of returning items and resending exchanged items.
8) Due to hygiene concerns, items such as earrings, leggings, inner wear are not exchangeable.
** Pick-up can be arranged within Petaling Jaya, kindly please check with us on meeting location for confirmation. With T&C extra balance (*if required) has to be paid prior to that. **
